Made for your brand.
Your people, environment, work, and personality become part of the site’s visual identity instead of being represented by imagery that could belong to anyone.
Trolley Web × Taylor Mickal Photography
We build websites around the real character of a business. When a project needs original photography to bring that story to life, we trust Taylor Mickal to create it.
Why We Work Together
We can build the structure, shape the message, and design a polished website. But photographs are often what make the business behind it feel real.
Stock photography can fill a space. Original photography can actually tell your story. It shows your people, your environment, your work, and the details that separate your company from the competitors your customers are comparing you against.
That’s why we partner with Taylor Mickal Photography when our clients need stronger visual assets. Instead of trying to make a website fit whatever photographs already exist, Taylor can photograph intentionally for the site we’re building.
Built for the Website
Your people, environment, work, and personality become part of the site’s visual identity instead of being represented by imagery that could belong to anyone.
Taylor can photograph with the website in mind: horizontal and vertical compositions, negative space for copy, portraits, details, working images, and supporting frames that give us flexibility when designing.
The finished photographs become a broader library of brand assets for social media, proposals, press, recruiting, presentations, campaigns, and future marketing.
Our Trusted Photography Partner
Taylor is a professional photographer with more than a decade of experience creating polished, purposeful imagery for people and organizations whose public image matters.
His background includes four years as a staff photographer for NASA and more than three years photographing events for National Geographic. Today, his work includes branding photography, executive and team headshots, environmental portraits, corporate events, conferences, and assignments throughout the country.
Most importantly for our clients, he understands that a photograph is not finished simply because it looks good. It needs to be useful. Taylor works with the needs of the website, marketing team, and organization in mind from the beginning.
What Your Project May Need
Your team, workplace, process, products, interactions, details, and the visual elements that make the organization feel specific rather than generic.
Consistent, polished portraits for leadership pages, directories, biographies, recruiting, proposals, LinkedIn, press, and marketing.
People photographed in the environments where they actually work, giving us stronger feature imagery and a more authentic way to introduce the people behind the business.
Photography that documents the business in action while continually creating fresh assets for the website, case studies, press, announcements, and social media.
Designed Together
The biggest advantage of bringing photography into the process early is simple: we do not have to compromise the design around whatever images happen to exist. We can identify what the site needs and create those assets intentionally.
During the website process, we determine which people, environments, page sections, layouts, and stories would benefit from original imagery.
The shoot can be planned around those needs, with the orientation, composition, negative space, people, and supporting imagery the design will require.
We build the finished photographs directly into the site’s visual system while you retain a larger image library for the rest of your marketing.
We build the place your story lives. Taylor helps us show people what it looks like.
Different specialties, one finished product. The goal is a website where the strategy, words, design, and photography all feel like they belong to the same business.
